Hotel Tetora Otsu Kyoto, Otsu

I enjoyed my stay in one of the larger twin rooms, which was surprisingly spacious and offered a small living area with a sofa and coffee table. It was a refreshing change from the cramped quarters that I typically find in business hotels. Overall, the room was clean and functionally designed, making my experience very pleasant.

The breakfast buffet at the hotel was quite satisfactory, featuring a mix of both Japanese and Western dishes. It provided a nice start to my day, although I would have appreciated a few more options for a continental breakfast. Nonetheless, the variety was decent and filled me up for my adventures.

I was pleasantly surprised by the high-speed Wi-Fi at the hotel. It worked better than most hotels I've stayed in Japan, which was a significant plus for me, especially since I needed to stay connected during my trip. Streaming and browsing were seamless, which enhanced my overall stay.

Despite some external noise from the nearby train station, I found the bedroom to be relatively quiet for a comfortable night's sleep. The bedding was adequate, and I appreciated the overall cleanliness of the room. It provided a restful environment for my exploration of the area.
